Hungry Machine is a South African sports technology company. This notice covers the public site and the signed-in tools at hungrymachinesports.com.
What we collect
The public pages do not run analytics and do not set tracking cookies. If you sign in, Firebase Authentication stores the email and sign-in session for your account. Access for that account (trial or full, which tools you can use, and how much of the trial is left) is stored so the tools can enforce it. If you send us a message through the contact form, we keep what you wrote so we can reply.
Why
We keep that account data to run the broadcast and match-analysis tools for the people who signed up or were given access. We do not sell it.
How long
Account data stays while the account is active. When an admin removes access, the account can no longer use the tools. Ask us if you want the record deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Send us a message through the contact form. That is also where privacy requests, including to the information officer, should go.
Images
Photographs on the public site are marketing images supplied for this page. They are not labelled as a fixture of a named school. Footage inside the signed-in tools is provided by the school or broadcaster for that match. Publishing identifiable images of children needs consent from the school or a parent.
